The Creative Arts Center of Dallas
A nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization.

Our Mission Statement:

The Creative Arts Center of Dallas provides a nurturing environment for people to discover, develop and express their artistic visions.

Are you starved for a creative outlet?
We invite you to join our community of artists at The Creative Arts Center of Dallas (CAC). Our nonprofit school for the arts provides a haven where artists of all media can exchange creative ideas, share techniques and explore their creative side. We’ve been providing visual arts classes for more than 40 years to students of all skill levels and experience. From 16 to 89 years old, we challenge students to expand their creative horizons. Most of our instructors have been teaching at CAC for years and hold either a Bachelor or Master of Fine Arts and have exhibited on a national or international basis.

CAC is located in East Dallas near White Rock Lake in a renovated elementary school that sits on two wooded acres. Over 90 visual art courses are offered, per session, in drawing, painting, mosaic, glass, ceramics and pottery, clay, metal and stone sculpture, photography, printmaking, jewelry and many others. CAC classes are small, relaxed and personalized to the needs of each student. Plus, our figurative arts classes give students the unique opportunity to study the human form from live models.
